This 90 minute session combines the soothing effects of warm lava stones, cold stones, and essential oils to fit your needs. You are given a choice when you get in the treatment room of what type of foot soak and oil you prefer. Warm stones are used to press reflexology points as others are laid on the body, aiding in muscle release and relaxation.

Blissful Feet and Legs

Take a load off and relieve those tired legs and feet! Soak your feet in your choice of organic foot soaks. Then your legs and feet are massaged with a mix of Reflexology, lymphatic and anti-fatigue massage strokes.

Lymphatic Detox Reflexology

This session addresses the lymph system in the feet and body. It includes stomach massage with a healing warm pack as a light lymph massage is performed on the neck, legs, and arms. A reflexology session concludes this service which also aids in detoxification.

Scalp, Back, and Neck Rejuvenator

Great before an interview, exam or just for sore muscles. A choice of lavender, mandarin, ylang ylang or unscented oils are warmed and pored onto the scalp. The scalp is massaged followed by warm towels wrapped around your head. Your face and neck are then massaged to aid in tension relief. Topped off with a shampoo and style.

Nail Care

Bliss Basic Manicure

Includes shaping, trimming, smoothing the nails, cuticle care, hand/arm massage and polish application in color of choice.

Bliss Basic Pedicure

Begin with an aromatic soak in our fabulous granite soaking tub, followed by nail trimming, smoothing and shaping. Cuticle care, a lower leg and foot massage, exfoliation and smoothing of calloused areas, and a polish application in color of choice complete this basic pedicure.

Spa Manicure

Includes an aromatherapy soak, followed by a deep exfoliation of the hands and cuticles along with a paraffin dip and intensive moisturizing treatment. Finished with a wonderful hot stone massage for your arms and hands, and a polish application in color of choice.

Spa Pedicure

Experience the pleasure of the Bliss basic pedicure, along with a wonderful exfoliating scrub of the lower legs and feet, a cooling mask to reduce swelling and aches, and a hot stone massage for maximum relaxation.

Hot Stone Pedicure

Enjoy all the pleasures of the Spa pedicure, coupled with an extra long hot stone massage for the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. Excellent for the massage lover who just can't get enough pampering.
