Water, Mineral & Earth is used for this truly blissful treatment. Our very popular dead sea salt blend body scrub contains mineral-rich, finely ground dead sea salt in a base of vitamin-rich oils. These will exfoliate away dry, flaky skin cells and encourage cell renewal. Then after being cleansed with warm towels, French Green Clay is applied and you are wrapped and able to relax. Includes a body brushing, wrap, foot and neck massages.

Aroma-therapy, Lava Rock Reflexology

This 90 minute session combines the soothing effects of warm lava stones, cold stones, and essential oils to fit your needs. You are given a choice when you get in the treatment room of what type of foot soak and oil you prefer. Warm stones are used to press reflexology points as others are laid on the body, aiding in muscle release and relaxation.

Blissful Feet and Legs

Take a load off and relieve those tired legs and feet! Soak your feet in your choice of organic foot soaks. Then your legs and feet are massaged with a mix of lymphatic and anti-fatigue massage strokes.

Deep Tissue/Deep Muscle Massage

This therapeutic massage targets the deepest layers of muscles. Through slower strokes and direct, deep pressure, chronic muscle tension is released and resolved. This service focuses on more specific problem areas and may cause some soreness during or after the massage. Recommended for severely knotted muscles.

Lava Rock Rub

Smooth Lava stones heated between 120-140 Degrees Farenheit are incorporated into a relaxing massage using natural oils. Stones are then positioned along the body, in between the toes and in the palms. The heat of the stones enhances the relaxing effects of the pressure and produces re-energizing responses in the body.

Lymphatic Detox Reflexology

This session addresses the lymph system in the feet and body. It includes stomach massage with a healing warm pack as a light lymph massage is performed on the neck, legs, and arms. A reflexology session concludes this service which also aids in detoxification.

Swedish Massage
